We are getting together for an easy 5k (3.1 mile) run on the San Diego Water Front. We would love for you to join us at 8:00 am on the morning of July 12th at Cisco Live in San Diego.

I wanted to throw up some incentives to encourage those people who may not be attending Cisco live to participate in supporting wounded warriors.
First a bit of background on The Wounded Warriors Project
Mission – To foster the most successful, well-adjusted generation of wounded service members in our nation’s history.
- To raise awareness and enlist the public’s aid for the needs of injured service members.
- To help injured service members aid and assist each other.
- To provide unique, direct programs and services to meet the needs of injured service members
How The Wounded Warrior Project Serves -
- Mind – Combat Stress and Recovery support, as well as supporting families
- Economic Empowerment – Transition Academy and the Warriors to Work program, helping wounded service men and women succeed in the civilian workforce
- Body – Holding adaptive sports events
- Engagement – Connecting Wounded Warriors with the community, support organizations and people just like you and me.
PRIZES for spreading the word, and supporting Wounded Warriors
I’ve thrown up an 8GB iPod Touch as the first prize for spreading the word and supporting the Wounded Warriors Charity.
